WELCOME TO KINBAKU LOUNGE
Kinbaku Lounge is an adult playground for those interested in kinbaku / shibari / ropes with structured high quality teaching and playful rope nights for all levels, regardless of rope experience, sexual identity and relationship status.
We are located in Trekronergade in Valby, where we have 400m2 for teaching, training and playing with ropes. The lounge is runned by Scot and Tanja in close co-operation with our great instructors, staff and a warmly engaged community, which is known as openminded, welcoming and easy to get adapted to.
Kinbaku Lounge was founded in Autumn 2013, as a Saturday night event, until we were lucky enough to get our own venue, and thus we were able to open the doors to Kinbaku Lounge as our own venue in May 2015.
From here our community grew, and our possibilities to offer a wider range of both events and workshops with our own and international teachers and performers, and today we offer one-day workshops, weekly rope nights, regular classes, monthly workshops in a cozy and casual atmosphere with openminded Community.
In Kinbaku Lounge each individual and relationship have their own journey due to personal preferences and individual pace.
As we are not political or spiritual as community, we have no expectations to you apart from mature and respectful behaviour.
In Kinbaku Lounge you may see men tying women, women tying men, women tying women and men tying men – or non-binary people. Some are monogamous and some are non-monogamous. Some will tie very technical, fully clothed and non-sexual, while others will tie (partly) nude and erotic, sexual and playful soft or hardcore, and mostly something in between. This has been possible along, side-by-side for 10 years, and we are immensely proud of the diversity and wide range of rope styles and play, presented in our Community.
We are convinced and experienced throughout 10 years, that if you are allowed to create your party with your evt. partner(s),
you´ll let others create theirs, and so we will continue.
