HAJIME KINOKO: COMFORTABLE SUSPENSIONS
3-day Shibari Workshop

This workshop fits all size rope models, and focused towards differences in body types, as well as individual needs in ropes, eg. if the traditional gote is not working optimal for you.

The workshop is also efficient for rope models, where ropes tends to slip, bigger size rope models, or you have shoulder challenges with soft shoulders, triangular shoulder etc. As for Rope models who like to move while hanging.

CONTENT
• a comfortable TK
• TK and hip harness connect for comfort
• a more comfortable Futomomo suspension
• a more comfortable 7-step transition
• Maete suspension for comfort

PLEASE NOTICE
Participants should bring six oval carabiners.
Rings are acceptable, but carabiners are ideal.

LEVEL
ADVANCED

PRE-REQUISITIONS
RIGGER
• Experience with tying various suspensions
• Tie a stabile gote
• Tie a safe suspension line

Knows about:
• Rope handling and placement
• Body handling

ROPE MODEL
• Have experience being tied in various suspensions
• Be body and mind aware in ropes
• Have knowledge about nerves and risks in ropes

Friday: 11:00-18:00
Saturday: 11:00-18:00
Sunday: 11:00-18:00
1 hour lunch break incl. all 3 days.
